The Center for Instructional Technology and Online Learning is accepting resumes/applications for a full-time
position with limited benefits.
Range and salary : Range
8 – $31,028 – $49,563
Personnel Status: Nonexempt,
Full-time, Contractual
Responsibilities: Performs
clerical work for the department; processes purchase orders and invoices in
electronic financial system; maintains database of contracts and agreements;
maintains documentation to support grant-related activity objectives; and
receives calls from faculty and students and directs visitors to appropriate
support personnel. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications : High School Diploma or GED
with two years of experience providing administrative support. General knowledge of routine clerical tasks including
note taking, record keeping, customer service and clear communication. Must
have basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word,
Excel, and Outlook) . Knowledge of Peoplesoft and/or Kuali Financial Systems considered a
