Job Title: Customer Service Rep.
Location: Boston, MA
Pay: $12.25/hr.
Term: Temp-to-hire
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with questions, concerns and inquiries regarding healthcare accounts.
- Reviewing healthcare plans with potential customers and assisting with the enrollment process
- Handling 70-80 calls per day
Requirements:
Job Requirements:
–High school diploma or equivalent
–1 year of call center experience preferred
–2-3 years of customer service experience preferred
–Excellent interpersonal, verbal skills and attention to detail
–Ability to multi-task in a fast paced team environment
–Computer proficiency
