The successful candidate will be placed in the utility crew upon selection and at the Company’s sole discretion assigned work in various locations and capacities at the Safford location. Upon the successful completion of the ninety (90)-calendar day new employee evaluation period, or sooner if business conditions otherwise require, this role will be transferred to an opening in an operation or maintenance department at the appropriate pay and position title for the work assigned. This position supports operations and/or maintenance in areas in an industrial setting. Duties may include general labor duties and housekeeping. They work in environments where there are many activities taking place at one time and where work tasks change many times during a work shift. This position will work under general supervision where the primary objective is safe production.
