Job Requirements
Organizes and Evaluates patient medical records.
Reviews medical records for accuracy and completeness.
Responsible for filing and retrieving medical records.
Skill in operating office equipment and basic computer functions.
Skill in organizational matters, including time management, prioritization, multitasking, and problem-solving.
Physical Requirements: Manual dexterity for office machine operation including computer and scanner; stooping, bending to handle files and supplies, and sitting for extended periods of time.
Education: High School or GED equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience.
