We are a family owned and operated business in north/central Austin. We provide enterprise servers, workstations and parts to businesses and MSP’s worldwide. We have two positions we are looking to fill. A shipper and a tech. Both will be trained on shipping and tech work.
At first this will be primarily a warehouse shipping position unless you have decent tech background. Once trained on shipping you will spend some time learning how we build and test computers. We are looking for someone with an aptitude for tech and a hunger to learn.
Shipping responsibility:
-Create boxes for systems going out that day.
-Pull parts for work orders from inventory.
-Create UPS labels.
-Safely boxing systems for pickup by UPS.
-Opening incoming items and checking for damage.
Our shippers arent just shippers to us. We believe that everyone should strive for their full potential. That is why we train everyone to be able to do anything in our warehouse. New hires start out as shippers generally and from there get trained to do inventory work as well as tech work.
Entry level tech responsibility:
-Building systems according to work order specs.
-Assisting lead techs in testing
-Work order paperwork
-Testing and breaking down incoming systems.
Based on experience we may decide to start a new hire out as an entry level tech. This position would still have shipping tasks every once in a while but would primarily be a tech.
9-15/Hr BOE
