PATIENT ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE This position is responsible for ensuring that all bills are filed in a timely and compliant manner with the appropriate payor. This position is responsible for maximizing WMC’s cash flow by following up with insurance companies and patients on unpaid balances. Also the primary contact with patients and is responsible for answering payment questions and resolving payment disputes in a friendly and professional manner.
