CAT TEAM - Meridian Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. - Florida





Direct the day-to-day clinical operations of the

CAT.

Supervise and coordinate service delivery.


Supervise professional and paraprofessional

staff and staff activities and perform related supervisory duties.


Participate in the hiring, performance

appraisal, and discipline of staff under his/her supervision.


Monitor progress toward program goals and

objectives.


Monitor records and documentation required for

the daily operations of the facility and programs.


Provide crisis intervention services for clients

as needed.


MINIMUM


QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensure preferred, not required. 3 years’ experience working with people who have substance use and/or

co-occurring disorders is preferred. A Certified

Addictions Professional can be considered with a Master’s degree and five years

of experience. The applicant must have excellent understanding of the CAT

model.
