Fast paced Allstate Insurance Agency based in Wellington is growing rapidly due to its focus and commitment on ensuring a great customer experience. As part of its expansion, the agency seeks a highly motivated individual with a proven customer service track record.
We take great pride in making sure every service contact shows value to our customers and prospects. We primarily provide auto and home insurance but offer many other personal and commercial lines of insurance including life and financial services. We focus on identifying the needs of the customer.
The successful candidates for this position will be skilled in:
Clearly linking the benefits of product features to the customer’s needs
Building long-term relationships with customers
Ability to provide timely and accurate quotes
Attention to detail is critical
Multitasking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with strong customer focus

Bilingual Spanish preferred

Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.

Ability to provide timely and accurate quotes
Customer Insurance Reviews

Requirements
We are looking for professional Agents who have:
An active Property and Casualty Customer Service Insurance License 440, or 220, or 20-44
Non-licensed candidates that are willing to acquire a licensed will be considered with a strong background in customer service and or sales
