Abide by all Safety Policies as set forth by International Paper
Certified Lift Truck Operator
Verify material received and enter receipts into system
Reconcile shipping discrepancies with vendors
Shipment of damaged material, double shipments, repair/return items to vendors
Cycle and reconcile inventory according to Corporate Guidelines
Support the closed storeroom delivery system
Actively participate and drive all 5S initiatives for the department
Computer skills (Windows, Microsoft, Email, RF Scanning and SAP)
Properly lift up to 50 lbs.
Work overtime as required
Work weekends, or second shift, on a rotating basis performing both receiving and issuing duties
Work annual shutdown(s) on rotating 12 hour shifts, 7 days per week.
Support and meet goals and initiatives set forth by the department
Additional Duties could include, but not limited to:
Stock and issue materials from all outlying warehouses
Monitor and respond to incoming radio requests from production and maintenance
Monitor rotating equipment reliability efforts
Perform mill deliveries
Stock all items received by the receiving personnel
Work the issue window and pull computer orders for delivery
Assigned projects as needed
