Are you an enthusiastic graduate with excellent communication skills? Are you commercially savvy with a passion for the web, research and great management skills? A British Company with more than 20 years experience, based near Northwood Hills underground station in North-West London, is looking to recruit personnel for a position as a CIS Business Development Manager to work with companies and organisations from Former Soviet Union (FSU) countries.
You will be responsible for the following:
handling accounts of customers from FSU recruiting and training junior staff research and analysis of FSU market advising on sales, promotion of the company and marketing strategies for senior management, including preparing proposals for marketing campaigns and formulation of proposals for promotional campaigns arranging customer feedback surveys and analyses customer reactions regarding the FSU market Cooperating with top management regarding range of services to be promoted and sales targets undertaking market research keeping up to date with competitors and the FSU market
The ideal candidate for the Business DevelopmentManager will be:
Fluent in speaking Russian at a business level. Command of any additional European languages would be a significant advantage
A Masters degree from a prestigious University
·Have 1-2 years’ experience of working in a similar capacity Excellent knowledge of Russian and FSU markets
Experienced in digital online advertising and marketing
Knowledge of CIS legal and business terminology
Media experience preferable
Pay-Per-Click campaigns Real-Time Bidding (AppNexus platform)
Search Engine Optimization Email Marketing communications
Affiliated marketing network
Providing analysis and recommendations for digital advertising and marketing campaigns
The requirements for candidates are as follows:
a Bachelor’s Degree
excellent internet market research skills;
fluent Russian and English;
good business telephone manners;
good work process management;
willingness to work and implement knowledge into work;
a good understanding of the FSU;
experience in working within the FSU experience working with oversees agencies, companies and other media organisations
