HR Business Partner
We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to provide operational support to around 300 employees in multiple locations and functions. You will be working with the leadership teams to ensure operational HR is delivered effectively, and you will be part of a small team delivering on multiple tasks and projects. As a business we are developing and growing with a recent reorganisation driving considerable HR & business change, we want a talented HR professional to join us at this exciting time
As a Human Resources Business Partner your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Degree and/or relevant experience
CIPD qualified or equivalent
Generalist operational HR experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work in complex environments providing advice and service to multiple stakeholders
As a Human Resources Business Partner your main responsibilities will involve:
Business unit support for all people related complexities around our clients strategic objectives to drive growth
Support the 2015 functional Organisation design processes and associated transformation programmes
Provide direct and effective operational HR support to functions of the business, working with the leadership teams to identify and drive all opportunities for improvement
Lead some BU functional activities, ensuring compliance in line with the Corporate policies/procedures
Support the Performance Management process and associated activities ensuring consistency
Ability to take a lead role in functional change management processes, acting as a change agent to support and facilitated transformation programmes.
