A Payroll Manager is currently being recruited for a large organisation with offices in Hemel Hempsted. This is a newly created position and will be a key member of the payroll & finance department.
The role will report into the Head of Payroll and will look after a team of six administrators.
Responsibilities will be: processing a number of monthly and fortnightly payrolls totalling in excess of c12,000 employees, raise and reconcile HMRC payments; deal with all P11Ds, PSAs, and P46s.
Deal with all adhoc queries and complex payroll issues; Assist with collation of P9/11d data and demonstrate the ability to interpret large data sets & simplify complex concepts.
It is absolutely essential that candidates have managed teams in the past – it would also be highly desirable if candidates have worked with the Resourcelink system.
