ITSS Recruitment, an established and growing IT, Marketing and Finance Recruitment Consultancy based in Central Watford, are going through a really exciting period of growth and are actively looking to recruit Recruitment Consultants of varying levels to join our expanding team. The successful person will have excellent interpersonal skills and be a driven and self motivated personality. Whilst some sales experience is essential, full training is provided and as long as you have the hunger to succeed and can work well in a team, we will be keen to talk to you. An in-depth knowledge of the recruitment industry is not necessary as full training will be provided. Above all you will be very ambitious and the type of person that always wants to achieve more today than you did yesterday.

working alongside a a team of experienced recruitment consultants helping to source candidates for existing clients gain a full understanding of client requirements and candidate motivations helping to manage the clients recruitment process being fully trained to ultimately take over your own business area
The ideal candidate must live within commuteable distance to Watford, Hertfordshire (we are based in the town centre) and will:
Have proven sales experience
Have a good telephone manner
Be ambitious and determined to achieve great results
Be a good team player
Be organised in approach
