Seeking responsible animal lovers to cover the BARRINGTON/HOFFMAN ESTATES/SCHAUMBURG areas.
We are a professional petsitting company with ‘down home’ family values. We continue to grow and are looking for passionate, PART TIME DOG WALKERS/PETSITTERS who are able to give a serious commitment to the company. If you love walking dogs; are good relating to clients; don’t mind being out in our crazy weather, and are comfortable with all furry, finned, feathered etc. critters, this could be the job you’re looking for! Work with an animal rescue or other petsitting company a plus!
OK, so here are some things that are a ‘must’ —
-Have a good, general knowledge of pets and animal behavior
-Experienced and able to exercise/properly walk very challenging dogs
-Punctual, responsible and willing to work in all types of weather
-Flexible with the ability to adapt to a changing schedule
-Able to multi-task and manage own schedule
-Willingness to go above and beyond to make both fur client and owner happy
-Previous experience working/interacting with dogs
-Available between the hours of 11am-3pm, Monday through Friday
-Able to work some evenings and weekends
-Overnight assignments are also available
-Reliable, insured car
-Own a smart phone
-Be able to pass a background check
