Part-time Auto dialer Part-time autodialing operators handle outgoing calls to customers generated by automated dialing equipment. The purpose of these calls is to make personal contact with delinquent customers whose service is scheduled for termination due to non-payment. In addition, these employees perform skip trace work that involves calling directory assistance or using other sources to obtain valid telephone numbers and/or addresses for customers. The autodialing operator documents all calls and skip trace results in the customer information system. The rate of pay is $16.36 per hour. Part-time Autodialing Operators typically work a maximum of 29 hours per week. Part-time Autodialing Operators may be required to work Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. They may also be required to work Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The work schedule is posted one week in advance. Part-time Customer Services Representatives Part-time customer services representatives assist our full-time customer service representatives during times of peak workload. Using our automated information systems, part-time customer service representatives interact with customers and handle routine calls regarding connection and disconnection of service, power outages and payment arrangements. The rate of pay is 20.23 per hour. The number of hours of work varies based on fluctuating call volumes and may be between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The work schedule is posted one week in advance. Qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. At least (6) months of Call Center Experience Preferred.
