Basic Purpose: Assists patients or insurance with any questions concerning patient accounts. Follow up on all insurance claims through their conclusion.


Qualifications


Education: High School Diploma or GED. Some college or business courses preferred.


Experience: Experience in a hospital or medical setting is preferred. Experience with computers is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
