Requirements:
-Experience in a receptionist/administrative or customer service role
-Positive, Dependable, Professional attitude
-Clear written and verbal communication and excellent listening skills
-Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
-Be able to multi-task
-Experience with a multi-line phone system is a plus
Responsibilities include:
-Greeting and assisting all patients
-Schedule patient appointments-
Maintaining the office schedule production
-Data entry
-Answer phones and record detailed messages
-File efficiently
-Be a team player and assist the office staff as needed
Full Time: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
