Carolina Trust Federal Credit Union is looking for an exceptional administrator who will report to the Director of Human Resources. What we seek is someone reliable, punctual and enthusiastic about working in a full time position with our company and making our company their long term place of employment. The duties of this HR administrator are included but not limited to the following:
-Conducts new employee orientations, and ensures personnel are well informed of human resource policies and programs.
-Assists Director with the administration of the benefits programs. Processes claims resolution and changes of reporting.
-Participates in salary surveys. Reviews completed documents for accuracy and adherence to guidelines
-Maintains and updates employee files. Ensures employee files are complete and in compliance with Credit Union policies and legal regulations.
-Ensures employment and enrollment forms including W-4s, insurance, retirement and benefits documents are current and complete.
-Assists in preparing and reviewing employee benefit invoices.
-Ensures all human resource records are maintained in accordance with established Credit Union policies and state and federal regulations.
-Assists with the human resource database. Ensures system records are accurately recorded and cross-checked.
-Enters new hire information in the human resource system database.
This position also cross trains ALL the Executive Assistant’s functions.
-Ensures payroll functions are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures.

-Assist in Flex Spending Administration
-Assists with Meeting Arrangements

-Assist in Maintaining Vendor Management Contracts
-Postage Machine/Copy Machine Maintenance

This position is paid hourly a range of $13.00 – $20.00 commensurate with experience.
