Manpower is now hiring Customer Service representatives to work with a well-known insurance agency in the Raleigh/Durham area. While in this role, you will be responsible for taking incoming calls from insurance agents. The agents call in with questions about payment terms, billing, benefits, etc. As the customer service representative, you will provide them answers to take back to the potential members.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, energetic, customer focused, and able to multi-task.
Applicants must have a High school Diploma or higher and 4 years or more of experience in Call center work.
First Shift hours available!
8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. And great potential for overtime!
The starting pay rate is $13-17 per hour but based off of experience, we are open to a negotiable/ higher range.
