Highlights:
The successful candidate will provide positive interaction with customers and the public in a courteous and professional manner and have the ability to execute many complex tasks simultaneously. This includes providing leadership and direction to a team of specialists (case initiation, establishment, enforcement, locate and/or interstate) in order to ensure project, unit, and team goals are met and that child support cases proceed timely through the child support process. The number of people supervised varies from team to team but is generally between 6 and 12 staff.
Qualifications:
To be considered, applicants must have a relevant Bachelor’s degree (i.e., Criminal Justice, Human Services, Psychology) or equivalent combination of education and experience. The best-suited candidate will have two years of supervisory experience or experience in a leadership capacity, child support experience preferred. Familiarity with an office environment including the use of automated systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Hyland OnBase, ADP and aptitude to learn new programs and applications, such as the state system.
