Customer Service Representative l

ON BOARD SERVICES

*3 month contract assignment in Morrisville, NC

*Pay rate: $14.40/Hour

*Hours: 8:00 – 5:00

Responsibilities:

Make outgoing calls to confirm installation appointments with customers.

Tracking training and ensuring licenses are up to date.

Ordering office supplies.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience.

External customer service experience required; call center experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm.

Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.

Strong organizational skills.

High school diploma required.
