ON BOARD SERVICES
*3 month contract assignment in Morrisville, NC

*Pay rate: $14.40/Hour
*Hours: 8:00 – 5:00
Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls to confirm installation appointments with customers.
- Tracking training and ensuring licenses are up to date.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience.
- External customer service experience required; call center experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills.
- High school diploma required.
