CHD seeks a 20 hour per week Health Assistant/Intake
Specialist in our School Based Health Center in the
Union School. Coordinates and performs clerical duties
such as data entry, filing, reception, intake and
scheduling. Medical office experience and proficiency
with computers preferred. Ability to deal with the
public tactfully and courteously; able to handle multi
tasks; and maintains an organized work area. First aid
certification required or willingness to pursue
certification. High school diploma or equivalent, and
one year related experience required. Competitive salary

background check and drug screening.
