Government Analyst I
Division of Real Estate Development & Management, Bureau of Business Support
This position is located in Tallahassee.
This position reports to the Chief of Business Support Services and is responsible for providing professional and administrative support to the Bureau Chief and staff. The responsibilities include creating and tracking the Division of Real Estate Development and Management’s (REDM) Key Performance Indicators, identifying, implementing and tracking process improvements; and records management; public records requests.
Assists with developing, tracking and quarterly reporting on all REDM’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Assists with developing and maintaining supporting documentation associated with KPI development, including, but not limited to benchmark data for each KPI. Develops and tracks action plans for KPI improvements.
Assists with development, implementation, tracking and documentation of processes and process improvements within REDM, including documenting policies, procedures, best practices, forms, checklists and other tools and resources.
Assists in the compilation, editing, routing of reports, including report tracking, creating, template creating and tracking, etc.
Responsible for REDM’s records management. This includes reviewing requests for records, maintaining control of records retention schedules, and following policy and procedures in storing or disposing of records.
Process public records requests for REDM. Works with the General Counsel’s office in following proper procedure in processing these requests.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Completion of a four-year degree from an accredited college or university is required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in process improvement and performance management, tracking and reporting or comparable field.
Preferred Certifications:
- Six Sigma, PMP or other similar project management/process improvement certifications
