My agency represents one of the largest insurance company in the U.S. I’m looking for a talented sales person that can produce property, casualty, life, health and financial services for my agency.
This position is for someone that would like to one day own their own small business. I am looking for someone that wants to learn business acumen and gain experience side by side with me in developing a team while obtaining our monthly goals.
I am looking for someone with the following characteristics
-Licensed in Property & Casual/Life & Health
-Bi-Lingual is a HUGE plus!
-Honest and has integrity
-Both goal and team oriented
-Outgoing people with professional demeanor
-Hard working and coachable
-Works to increase bonuses each month/goal oriented
-Great communication skills
-Comfortable on the telephone specifically with selling
-Ability to obtain necessary licenses and certifications in timely manner
