YOU HAVE
- A high school diploma (or GED equivalent)
- Great typing skills (at least 35 words per minute required)
- The ability to work 40 hours per week
- Open availability between the hours of 5 AM and Midnight 7 Days a week.
- Experience providing fantastic customer service, face to face or on the phone.
- Amazing phone presence (people can literally hear you smiling)
- Experience using a streaming player or gaming system (PS3, Wii, Xbox, Apple TV, iPad, etc.)An understanding of basic computer and home networking terminology (operating systems, browsers, routers, modems, etc)
YOU WILL
- Provide exceptional customer service in a non-scripted world
- Perform basic-level technical troubleshooting
- Become a professional multi-tasker
- Drive your own performance within a team environment
- Give and receive feedback regularly
- Be flexible to work a set schedule but with varying start times throughout the day (and show up on time!)
