Our fast growing and client-focused company is looking for a full time Customer Service Representative to support our state-of-the-art government training system facility, located in Rosslyn, Virginia.

Essential Functions
Support reception/concierge activity to include receiving, greeting and assisting daily visitors to the training center.
Maintain all front desk operations.
Schedule all classroom activity and support registration.
Assist with the delivery of materials to each classroom necessary to support the daily training activities.
Assist with the non-technical set-up of equipment, furniture, displays, projectors, audio equipment, and other materials necessary to support the daily training operations.
Manage the training center food vendor operations (vending machines).
Manage the training center copy/fax/print activities operation.
Provide daytime cleaning/porter service to augment the night time cleaning effort.
Interface with Government agency customer.
Support Landlord/Property Management client.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma.
- Two or more years of experience in a related field.
- Fluency in the English Language.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Ability to interact effectively in a multicultural setting.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Secondary education, such as associates or bachelor’s degrees.
- Work experience in an educational or training institute environment.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
- U.S. citizenship.
- Able to pass background/security suitability processes for government clients (i.e., Standard Form 85P, Questionnaire for Public Trust Positions ; e-QIP; finger prints; drug testing).
