- Utilizes excellent telephone etiquette, poise and client/visitor relations skills.
- Greets all visitors; notifies appropriate in-house staff upon arrival.
- Answers all incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously; directs callers to appropriate representative.
- Handles all outgoing mail and packages; i.e.: FedEx, UPS, escrow docs.
- Facilitates the Satellite offices mail and calls.
- Accept homeowner payments and write receipt for every payment. Contact appropriate AR associate when necessary.
- Cross training in copy center; postage machine, copy machines, scanners, & work requests.
- Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision

- Two years Customer Service
