Front Desk/Customer Service - Keystone Pacific Property Management - Irvine, CA






The right candidate must possess a strong work ethic and strong verbal and communication skills; have the ability to answer multiple incoming lines; handle heavy flow of walk-in visitors; distribute large volumes of mail.   • Utilizes excellent telephone etiquette, poise and client/visitor relations skills.

  • Greets all visitors; notifies appropriate in-house staff upon arrival.

  • Answers all incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously; directs callers to appropriate representative.

  • Handles all outgoing mail and packages; i.e.: FedEx, UPS, escrow docs.

  • Facilitates the Satellite offices mail and calls.

  • Accept homeowner payments and write receipt for every payment. Contact appropriate AR associate when necessary.

  • Cross training in copy center; postage machine, copy machines, scanners, & work requests.

  • Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision

  • REQUIRED TRAITS

  • Two years Customer Service

Required experience:


  • Customer Service: 2 years
