Essential Job Functions:
The Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, configuring, problem solving, and maintaining interfaces between enterprise systems. You will develop solutions using tools such as Boomi and SFDC. You will play an active role in contributing to design and documentation of interfaces during product build cycles.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of interface tasks including design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting
Develop, implement and test new interfaces for our growing enterprise solution
Support and enhance existing interfaces
Respond to customer requests for ad-hoc issue analysis
Identify and action opportunities for process improvements
Collaborate effectively with various departments, teams and staff across the organization
Must attend staff meetings, trainings, and other meetings as requested
Responsible to complete additional job duties as assigned by Supervisor
Minimum Education:
Bachelor degree in computer science, business administration, or related area preferred
OR
or four (4) or more years of progressive work experience with healthcare technology
Minimum Years of Additional Related Experience:
Must have at least 2 years of experience in an Agile development environment
3-5 years experience in research, design and implementation of cloud environment and their management tools
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or IT related field
In-depth experience with SaaS solutions, preferably with Salesforce.com.
Expertise in object-oriented programming languages
Experience with databases, integration and scripting
Must be able to adapt to dynamic work environment
2+ years experience using CRM technologies
Experience with Salesforce.com and custom development of the Force.com platform ( i.e. APIs, Apex, Visualforce and Administration)
Specialist in cloud computing environment for requirement, analysis, architecture and solutions.
Cloud tools experience (Boomi, Rightscale, Opscode, Sprinkle, etc)
A plus to have scripting and/or JAVA background
Web Services experience (SOAP, JSon, APIS)
MySQL experience is a plus
Must have experience with distributed development teams
Qualifications:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience using Microsoft (MS) Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate team members and system users.
Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels and demonstrate a high level of confidentiality within the position.
Track record of providing excellent customer service.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete work under pressure of deadlines and resource constraints.
Ability to manage day-to-day responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Able to travel to multiple work sites. Reliable transportation needed.
Ability to obtain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice. The People & Performance department must analyze DOJ/FBI live scan reports in accordance with applicable local, state and federal laws as well as fitness for position.
May be required to have valid California Driver’s License/insurance and maintain a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent sitting.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, stand for up to 6-8 hours a day.
Intermittent walking, standing, bending, stooping, kneeling.
Must be able to lift up to and including 50 lbs.
Excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
Need to be able to remain calm, focused and customer-oriented during hectic events.
Frequent proofreading and checking documents for accuracy.
Must be able to communicate effectively within the workplace, read and write using the primary language within the workplace.
