Essential Job Functions:
As a Master Data Manager, you will be responsible for management of global master data encompassing ESBA clients, vendors, and practitioners. You will be responsible for selecting, implementing, and operating data cleansing, de-duplication, and matching solutions in support of this role.


Responsibilities:
Directs and manages the input of data related to the Client, Vendor, and Practitioner Masters


Participates and/or directs the creation and approval of policies or SOP’s related to the maintenance of data in the EHR, CRM, and Clinical systems, including changes to current SOP’s


Creates processes to verify data quality from end users, approves changes, performs internal and external compliance checks, and audits of the data input into the EHR, CRM, and Clinical systems


Monitors SOP’s for revisions that impact data within the EHR, CRM, and Clinical systems


Updates Client Master, Vendor master, and Practitioner Master SOP’s for current practice and data change process in EHR, CRM, and Clinical systems


Reviews changes to approved Document Change Request (DCR), product specifications and evaluates impact to Client Master, Vendor master, and Practitioner Master data


Participates in Team Projects impacting Master Data including New Product Launches and Master Data Integration


Evaluates and assesses CRM, EHR, and Clinical data requirements and configuration changes needed for new Business Development initiatives


Must attend staff meetings, trainings, and other meetings as requested


Responsible to complete additional job duties as assigned by Supervisor.


Minimum Education:
Bachelor degree in computer science, business administration, or related area preferred


Or


Four (4) or more years of progressive work experience with healthcare technology


Minimum Years of Additional Related Experience:
5+ years of related master data experience in an enterprise application environment


Extensive computer skills, preferably within the SFDC and/or Athena


Experience leading and working with cross functional teams


Project management and Business Process Improvement skills


Experience managing SOP’s in a third party systems such as Confluence


Must have at least 2 years of experience in an Agile development environment


Must have experience with distributed development teams


Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Qualifications:
Excellent oral and written communication skills


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Experience using Microsoft (MS) Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project


Ability to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate team members and system users


Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels and demonstrate a high level of confidentiality within the position


Track record of providing excellent customer service


Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete work under pressure of deadlines and resource constraints


Ability to manage day-to-day responsibilities with minimal supervision


Able to travel to multiple work sites. Reliable transportation needed


Ability to obtain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice. The People & Performance department must analyze DOJ/FBI live scan reports in accordance with applicable local, state and federal laws as well as fitness for position.


Must have valid California Driver’s License/insurance and maintain a clean driving record.


Physical Requirements:
Frequent sitting


Ability to stand for extended periods of time, stand for up to 6-8 hours a day


Intermittent walking, standing, bending, stooping, kneeling


Must be able to lift up to and including 50 lbs


Excellent verbal and writing communication skills


Need to be able to remain calm, focused and customer-oriented during hectic events


Frequent proofreading and checking documents for accuracy


Must be able to communicate effectively within the workplace, read and write using the primary language within the workplace.
