Assignment Length: 6 months
Conducts administrative duties by interacting with internal and external customers; answering phones; setting calendars and scheduling meetings;
tracking attendance and vacations; making travel arrangements; and maintaining files of the Senior Director and Director of Corporate Investigations.
Supports department by maintaining and ordering new supplies; planning departmental events in accordance with the budget; inputting budget
information into the budget system for Corporate Investigations; reviewing monthly budget expenditures; presenting budgetary discrepancies to the
Senior Director and Director for review; and entering and managing computer and Prism requests to ensure the team has the proper software,
hardware, and equipment to perform duties necessary to meet the Global Security, Aviation, and Travel (GSAT) strategy and the mission of
Corporate Investigations.
Organizes and manages confidential investigative processes and special projects (for example, Manual of Investigative Operations and Guidelines)
by editing investigative reports submitted by special investigators; scheduling and maintaining investigative case file review notes; maintaining the
Interdepartmental Request database and ensuring compliance with the Privacy office; managing caseloads in the case management system;
collecting sensitive investigative data; preparing executive-level investigative reports; and gathering confidential associate evidentiary data for
i investigators.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy;
and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
Completes work assignments and priorities in Corporate Investigations by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers,
customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and
information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and
feedback.
Minimum Qualifications
Develops and performs investigative training for business partners and external customers by identifying, organizing, and leading training efforts to conduct and
report investigations; and incorporating changes in policies to investigative manuals.
Analyze data for current and future supply chain fraud trends; planning and executing proactive strategy for bribery and corruption Investigations; and developing computer
models, including detailed and potentially complex spreadsheet analyses.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
2 years experience in office management; including budgeting support, scheduling, coordinating, and reporting.
2 years customer service experience.
1 year experience in information security.
