Business Process Manager – Hemel Hempstead
The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a leading finance sector business to assist them in their search for a Business Process Manager to be based from offices in Hemel Hempstead. The role will focus on auditing and resetting processes to streamline the business after a major change in operational practice.
The successful candidate will have considerable experience in process auditing, being adept at identifying existing process (as-is) and mapping it across to new, more efficient or more appropriate processes (to-be). Previous experience of consolidating the practices of multiple disparate business entities or commercial centres into a centralised function is essential. A background in formal Business Analysis and a track record of successful process enhancement programmes and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is essential.
This is a business undergoing considerable change currently, so a certain amount of process change is expected. However, there is likely to be a certain degree of resistance to fundamental process changes and so stakeholder management and stakeholder engagement will be essential skills in your armoury. Project Management and Change Management skills are also necessary as you will be required to assess the impact of change in the business and enforce new processes as they are deployed.
