BPC have an exciting new opportunity for a Local Property Expert from an Estate Agency background in the Watford area working with one of the fastest growing sales and lettings Estate Agency business’s in the UK. The launch in mid 2014 has unsuprisingly produced huge business demand therefore the team is successfully expanding with immediate effect.
Our client are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial property expert with a proven sales record in an Estate Agent / Branch Manager / Valuer environment. Are you a winning agent? Is the will to succeed whilst offering exemplary customer service your priority?
This opportunity is best suited to individuals who are looking to make use of their extensive industry experience to build a business for themselves and their customers. You will be responsible for driving the business forward within a given area, building business and promoting both your own and our client’s brand. There is the option to be employed or self-employed.
The business is back by a heavy-weight TV and PPC ad campaign. All equipment is provided including cutting edge software. This opportunity brings considerable earning potential up to and above £100k PA.
Local Property Expert (Estate Agent) key Measurables:
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, without question the most important responsibility!
- Working from home with a great deal of autonomy but part of a supportive team
- Choose your own working day attending all appointments as arranged (e.g. valuations)
- Own a territory of set postcodes, building business reputation through ad hoc marketing, social media, local events and networking
- Gain instructions and when possible legal and mortgage referrals
Local Property Expert (Estate Agent) Qualities:
- 100% Customer focused, with exceptional integrity, flawless etiquette and reliable punctuality
- A strong desire to run your own successful business, relentless in pursuit of success
- In depth knowledge of the local market; everything that is currently on the market; what is coming new to the market each week; who the local market leaders are and why
- Computer literate – keen to demonstrate to others
- 3 years+ industry experience
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload to meet deadlines
- Driving licence and own car
- NFOPP/NAEA qualification (or equivalent) or keen to work towards
- Background as an Estate Agent / Branch Manager / Valuer
