Warwick Seattle Hotel, a 231 room downtown hotel, is currently hiring for our Guest Services team. Our current need is for a full time Guest Services Ambassador. This is a new position with hybrid responsibilities focusing on guest service and personal assistance to the General Manager.
This position requires excellent customer service skills, etiquette, judgment, written and spoken communication, and command of the English language. The Guest Services Ambassador will primarily work Monday Friday during the day (subject to exceptions based on hotel need). Knowledge of the City and attractions is beneficial, but basic knowledge is acceptable as further training can be provided. Hotel experience preferred and will be given priority, but it is not required and all candidates will be considered. Will train the right candidate who shows exemplary customer service skills and is not shy about approaching our guests to ensure they are having an excellent time with us. Candidate must display professional grooming and appearance. This position will require a lot of time on your feet during the shift.]]>Requirements: Examples of some of the duties include:
Greeting and communicating with our guests in the lobby.
Assisting the Guest Services Front Desk team with needs and guest inquiries.
Assisting the General Manager with filing, communications, social media, and other items as assigned from time to time.
The Guest Services Ambassador will report directly to the General Manager, but will also receive direction and assignments from the Guest Services Manager.
Starting wage for this position is $13-$13.50 DOE.
