Main Purpose of the Role
To develop and maintain a network of excellent candidates at various levels to ensure we are able to fill vacancies quickly and professionally. This can be achieved utilising means such as referrals, advertising, social networks and headhunting.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and develop a candidate database through dedicated advertising and marketing campaigns in order to provide Consultants with a selection of excellent candidates with a wide variety of skills, experience and expertise.
Create and develop candidate’s profile, ensuring all information, paperwork and references are obtained and up to date in accordance with company procedures.
Interview candidates to gain an understanding of their skills, experience and suitability, then subsequently maintaining contact thereafter so candidates stay loyal.
Attend training in order to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills in accordance with the company’s training schedule.

The Role
Position: Resourcer
Salary range: £16k – £20k basic + Commission
Type: Permanent – Full time
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 to 17:30. Friday 8:30 to 16:30
