The Network Switch Division of Broadcom Corporation is well known in the networking industry for providing a wide range of world class XGS Ethernet network switching / routing chips. You will be challenged with owning module level verification and have the opportunity to create and develop networking industry standards.
As a senior level member of staff at Broadcom Corporation, your responsibilities will include:
• Participate in early product definition and architecture development of our switches.
• Fully understand architecture, micro architecture for new design
• Develop verification test plan for new design, build test bench, checkers, models, tests
• Interact with design team and closely work with the software driver team
• Perform RTL code coverage
• Document and review detail test plans, test bench and close verification sign-off items
• Support post silicon software driver activities
Job Requirements:
MSEE/CS/CE plus 4 years, or BSEE/CS/CE plus 6 years, equivalent experience in ASIC design and verification.
• Experience in verifying designs at system level and block level.
• Experience using SystemVerilog, Verilog, C
• Strong experience in ASIC design verification flows and DV methodologies and testbench building
• Networking domain knowledge
• Hands on design verification experience of gigabit Ethernet and Phy is a plus
• Strong and independent design debugging capability.
• Strong programming and scripting language capability.
• Highly motivated and be able to work both independently and lead a verification team.
