Wireless Connectivity FAE(SW focused) will be responsible for field technical support, pre-sales and post-sales activities for WLAN customer engagements.
Assist customers in their technical evaluation of Broadcom products under consideration and give technical presentations. Understand customer application in order to identify key technology and product features for next generation products. Recommend the right Broadcom WLAN solution, provide the design collateral/drivers, answer customer’s technical questions related to the product, providing timely and accurate information. Support customer throughout pre and post production cycle, assist in SW / HW debug & troubleshooting, bring up of customer platforms, optimizing drivers for optimum performance. Manage & diagnose customer issues, collect debug logs from customer setups, be able to replicate and analyze customer issues in a lab environment to propose solutions. Candidate will work with Sales/Applications/Design teams to ensure timely customer project execution.
