Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell an average minimum of 10 vehicles per month over a 3 month period after 60 days of employment.
- Book at least one customer appointment per day by contacting prospects.
- Sell a minimum average of 1.5 F&I products per month per vehicle sold after 60 days of employment.
- Attend 3 training classes per month.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Promptly return vehicles to their proper location after test drives.
- Promptly return keys to their proper location when not in use.
- Accurately record vehicle and customer data in computer systems and on forms.
- Protect the privacy of all customer data and report any privacy breaches to management immediately.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures and local, state and federal laws that apply to our business.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
- Standing and walking in the showroom and outdoors in all types of weather conditions for long periods of time.
- Sitting at a desk and working with a computer and/or laptop and talking on the telephone.
- Climb in and out of vehicles.
- Repeatedly reach, bend and squat.
- Hold and use small power tools.
- Push and pull snow brooms to clean off vehicles.
- Daily driving of inventory and customer vehicles.
Pay Status: $14-$17/hr plus monthly bonus
FLSA Status: Non-exempt, full time.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma; College Degree Preferred
- Work Experience: Two or more years of steady employment in any field.
- Knowledge, Skills & Additional Requirements:
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and good attention to detail.
- Must be proficient in understanding, speaking and writing English.
- Second language skills desirable.
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
Salary: $14.00 /hour
