Employment Specialist - Standard Technology, Inc. - Auburn, AL

Two – Four Years of Marketing/Recruiting Experience AND an Associates’ Degree is required Responsibilities: Provides direct client services in the areas of employment counseling, client needs assessment, vocational evaluation, employment preparation, and training, referral to community resources and support services, program eligibility, and/or job development/placement; and performs related duties as required. Establishes and maintains working relationships with employers and public agencies to secure employment opportunities. Assists clients in job searching and placement. Matches individual’s background, skills, and interest with job openings. Prepares candidate for interview and entry into the workforce. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Works under general supervision. Requires a certain degree of creativity and latitude. Typically reports to a case manager.
