Two – Four Years of Marketing/Recruiting Experience AND an Associates’ Degree is required
Responsibilities:
Provides direct client services in the areas of employment counseling, client needs assessment, vocational evaluation, employment preparation, and training, referral to community resources and support services, program eligibility, and/or job development/placement; and performs related duties as required.
- Establishes and maintains working relationships with employers and public agencies to secure employment opportunities.
- Assists clients in job searching and placement.
- Matches individual’s background, skills, and interest with job openings.
- Prepares candidate for interview and entry into the workforce.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Works under general supervision.
- Requires a certain degree of creativity and latitude.
- Typically reports to a case manager.

- Must be available to travel in the state of Georgia 70% of the time
