Front Office Associate - Pinehurst Medical Clinic - Pinehurst, NC






Position Summary


The Front Office Associate position requires a full working knowledge of the following positions: Medical Records Clerk, Registration, Telephone Operator, and Appointment Secretary. Employee must be flexible as position is diversified and may require covering of more than one position on any given day.


Education (Including Licenses and Certifications):


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:


  • One to two year experience in a medical front and back office setting is preferred.
