Office Assistant (West-end, Henrico, Innsbrook)
Entry level, full-time, Staff Assistant position with growth potential available with an established company located in the Innsbrook.
The right candidate must be a quick learner, have experience in general offices duties, be detailed oriented, able to multi-task and work equality well independently or in a team setting.
Must have a “can do” attitude, impeccable phone manners and a friendly, professional demeanor with solid verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required to effectively deal with clients, vendors and public at large.
* Previous Hospitality experience in the hotel industry very desirable. Some knowledge of Social Media and Craigslist marketing a plus.
Job duties include:
-Ensure that customers, clients, vendors, and staff members are treated in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
-Be able to complete office-related tasks, including answering phones, sorting mail, filing, faxing, and copying, data entry, word processing and general office duties within acceptable time limits. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Applicant must have: – -Knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
– General knowledge of Social Media, Craigslist helpful.
– It must be dependable, reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
– Candidates must successfully complete background check.
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
