Summary Supports human resources, customer service and other related office activities.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.

  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.

  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

  • Review Background check reports; employment verification

  • Administers salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization.

  • Monitor/enter hours, paid time off and other payroll details

  • Liaison with Human Resources Lead

  • Order office supplies as needed

  • Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer requests regarding status and product knowledge requests.

  • Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.

  • Works closely with billing to resolve disputes.

Compensation $17/hr – $19/hr (based on experience)

Education and/or Experience – Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills – Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Computer Skills – To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Human Resource systems; Payroll systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
