We are looking for a Order Filler/Room Operator/Receptionist Assistant for our Company.
Perform basic administrative duties, (filing, scheduling, errands, etc)
* Must have good organizational skills* Prefer someone with billing/receptionist experience; Honest and punctual.* Prefer someone with computer knowledge and telephone skills . Must have knowledge with Microsoft Excel and word * Hours 10-6:30 pm M-F*Must have good Communication skills and excellent work ethic*Bilingual in English and Spanish .* Duties include answering the phones, scheduling and communicating with clients and tenants, communicating with the insurance companies and processing some billing for the office.
Salary: $18.45 /hour
