We are looking for a customer service support to provide product/services information and resolve any problems that our clients might face. You can work from any location.
Daily Activities:
- Process and post daily invoicing according to sales reporting deadlines.
- Efficiently communicate with management regarding customer complaints.
- Take and complete special projects as assigned.
- Collect, evaluate, and manage financial information for customer.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Team player and customer service mentality.
