We are seeking a long-term employee to work from our client site in Opelika, AL. We require a work history of proven customer service, professionalism and reliability. Candidates must display top-level professionalism, confidentiality, dependability, and a positive attitude.


Previous healthcare experience, especially on the business side, is preferred.


Minimum Qualifications


  • 3 Years Customer Service Experience

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, preferably Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook

  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision and have good organizational skills.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities


  • Ability to review client collections and identify a strategy to meet or exceed collection goals

  • Evaluate agent calls and provide an analysis of the call with recommendations for improvement

  • Maintain accurate and up to date wiki information, processes and procedures for assigned clients

  • Accountable for managing all tickets and incidents through to resolution

  • Complies with all data collection, reporting, and auditing activities including reconciliations, bad debt reviews, reviewing account placements and payment files, and account status auditing

  • Accountable for timely completion of client specific reports and requirements

  • Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication with clients

  • Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues and client requests in a timely manner

  • Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers

  • Meet deadlines with frequent interruptions and redefined priorities

  • Communicates all feedback, client updates, and recommendations to all levels within the organization using professionalism, positive attitude, and discretion to achieve objectives.
