Call Center Specialist - The Midtown Group - Washington, DC






I am currently seeking a contracted Call Center Specialist to support one of our clients, a non-profit association, located in the Washington, DC metro area (metro accessible.) This is a contracted role that is expected to run for approximately 3 months. Please do not apply if you are not interested in contracted opportunities. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for establishing a great rapport with customers, assisting inquirer with answers, clarifying questions or concerns, explaining complex business rules, resolving problems and responding to complaints, and documenting all inquiries.


Job Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. High school diploma acceptable.

  • At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high volume, customer service-centered, deadline oriented environment.

  • Prior experience in a customer service environment is a must.

  • Prior experience taking inbound calls is highly preferred.

Job Type: Contract
