Primary Purpose:
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of building systems. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC, communications, and audio/visual systems. Pest control related to integrated pest management as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
- High school diploma or GED certificate, some college or industrial training on job related skills
- EPA Certified for CFC Refrigerant Recovery
- Maintain a Texas driver’s license, commercial driver’s license and a clear driving record
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and repair HVAC and mechanical equipment
- Knowledge and skill in troubleshooting and working with electrical equipment up to 277 volts
- Knowledge of audio/visual equipment and the ability to do minor repairs
- Knowledge and skill in painting and drywall installation or repair
Experience:
- Minimum three years previous experience

Maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical and HVAC equipment.
Perform communication connections including data and voice.
Operate security alarm system.
Operate computerized management system.
Responsible for compliance with safety policy for self and other employees.
Perform other duties as assigned.
