This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a successful and expanding retail group.
The position is to lead a team to concentrate purely on additional activity from Chrysalis, Finance renewals, Service prospecting and EGM prospecting. They are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to develop the incremental business to drive the business forward. You will assist in managing and motivating the Sales team, ensuring that they meet sales, F&I and customer care targets.
You will help to direct the sales team in using the sales process and provide hands on support in controlling the sale to achieve volume and margin objectives. You will deal with the F&I elements of the sales, by obtaining proposal information and communicating with the finance company.
Experience in sales would be essential, and previous experience of a deal optimiser system is also essential.
The Assistant Sales Manager needs to be ideally from a Business Manager / Sales Controller background or a Senior Sales Executive with a lot of stable experience looking for the next step.
The successful candidate will live within a 25 mile radius of High Wycombe.
Motor Trade experience is essential.
