Business Development Manager
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 plus Commission
Location: Hemel Hempstead
A new opportunity has opened up for an experienced Business Development Manager within a fast moving, forward thinking Technology Organisation. If successful you will play an important role within the business, developing relationships and increase revenue stream through the acquisition of new clients and the development existing clients.

Responsibilities
- To generate leads and a robust pipeline using new and existing networks.
- To sign new clients that deliver the required new business income stream as outlined in the business strategy and in line with agreed targets.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to identify and participate in trade shows, conferences and key events
- Provide sales plans, forecasts and results to the Sales Manager and Management team using Sales Force
Skills
- Proven experience selling both innovative technology based products and solutions to large and small enterprises
- A sustained and demonstrable track record of success in new business development, and building sales revenue from existing accounts.
- A strong knowledge of contact centre market and relevant technologies
- Experience of complex contract negotiation and sustaining client relationships over a contract cycle essential.
- Understanding of marketing processes and principles
- Experience and knowledge of PCI
