Position located downtown Chicago Hourly Pay $13 – $16.00 Temp to Perm
Customer Service Specialist/Consumer Product Specialist Seeking a candidate who has customer service/call center experience with a consumer product good. Must have experience with a product. The role will be more data processing but the ideal candidate can work the phones and/or email when needed. Workdays are traditional Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm Candidates must have strong coordination skills. Candidates must have excellent communication skills. Must be proficient in Word, Excel & Powerpoint Candidates must be assertive and take direction well. Order Entry and data entry required Must have excellent writing skills 1-5 years call center experience a plus Bachelors degree is a plus Candidates must have a pleasant personality and willingness to help customers.
