This Gastro Pub requires an experienced manager to assist the General Manager in the running of this pub / restaurant.
We are looking for an energetic and charismatic manager to help run a busy but relaxed pub. My client owns a small but growing chain of gastro pubs that offer good quality, fresh food to a regular local client base as well as business lunches.
The ideal candidate will have previous managerial experience. Genuine enthusiasm and passion for customer service is a must! Previous experience with fresh, quality food is preferred and knowledge of profit and loss would be an advantage. Your day will be spent front of house building a report with regular clients.
The salary is up to £35k. You will be required to work split shifts but a work life balance will be offered along with good support from the owner.
